Presenter(s) Description:  Karen is the Executive Director of Trillium Employment Services, a Washington nonprofit that has supported inclusive hiring for more than 40 years. Trillium partners with over 450 employers across five counties (including Kitsap), strengthening workplaces by creating opportunities for people with developmental disabilities to contribute their skills to the company’s success. Karen champions value-add staffing solutions—not charity hires—and helps employers build teams where every person has the support they need to contribute and thrive.
