    SESSION DESCRIPTION

Inclusive leadership requires more than good intentions. It requires understanding how different leaders approach people, learning, change, and organizational systems.

In this interactive session, Lawrence Garrett will introduce his proprietary Inclusionary Leadership Assessment and its four archetypes: the Transformer, Risk Manager, Educator, and Systems Thinker. Participants will explore the strengths, potential blind spots, and workplace impact of each archetype.
Through guided reflection and practical workplace scenarios, HR professionals will consider how these leadership approaches influence employee engagement, hiring and retention, workplace conflict, psychological safety, policy development, and accountability. Participants will leave with a clearer
understanding of their own leadership tendencies and practical strategies for collaborating across archetypes to build more inclusive, responsive, and high-performing workplaces.
