Marie is the Division Director of Labor Relations at CHI Franciscan Health, managing and guiding Labor Relations for nine hospitals, 21 union contracts and over 14,000 employees. She holds a BA degree in Psychology and an MBA. Marie is also an avid SHRM volunteer having held roles and volunteered at a chapter, state and national level. She has served on the SHRM Labor Relations Expertise Panel for many years, and prior to that on the Employee Relations Expertise Panel.
