Consultant and Workplace Conflict Expert at Conflict Management Strategies

Carol has been helping business and organization increase productivity by managing conflict and improving workplace relationships for over 20 years. She has a law degree from the Seattle School of Law and is a Mediator at the Pierce County Center for Dispute Resolution. Her specialties are Workplace Communication Skills and Conflict Resolution, Facilitation, Constructive Feedback, Relationship Management, Creative Solutions, Leadership Coaching, and Employee Training
