    7% of the U.S. adult population openly identifies as LGBTQ+, yet LGBTQ workers still hide their identity at work and experience difficulties directly related to being LGBTQ+. Join Dr. Jack Bartel as he speaks about:
    1. Challenges faced by LGBTQ+ employees at work and in healthcare
    2. Health disparities and LGBTQ+ health concerns
    3. Mental Health and being LGBTQ+
    4. Creating and supporting inclusion in the workplace
    5. Take Action: Dr. Bartel’s Three A’s

    Presenter(s) Description:


    Dr. Jack Bartel, Psy. D (he/him) is a licensed clinical psychologist and LGBTQ+ health educator
    and consultant. He currently provides training, consultation, and content creation for businesses
    and health care organizations. The content focuses on a wide array of LGBTQIA topics, as well
    as how to be inclusive in all other aspects of care. He also provides affirmative counseling to the
    LGBTQ+ community and allies, as well as, specializes in gender-affirming care.
