About the Speaker: 

Nancy has been breaking barriers since she began her career as one of only 6 female sales representatives of 250 for an automotive parts company. She went on to discover her passion for employee benefits and continued to defy expectations every time someone told her no. She went from an administrative assistant to a partner within the span of a few years before going out to start her own agency.

Twenty-seven years later, she is considered one of the industry's top brokers, garnering multiple awards and recognition along the way. She has done this while honoring her core values of kindness, honesty, accountability, and respect. She has never abandoned her small clients while continuing to grow her agency. Her mission is to leave a legacy in this industry by empowering others with the tools they need to succeed and providing mentorship along the to those ready to start their own journey.
